Service- Yoni Steam Sessions

A Yoni Steam (also called vaginal steaming or V-steam) is a traditional wellness practice in which a person sits or squats over a pot or bowl of steaming water that has been infused with herbs. The warm steam rises and is believed to gently penetrate the vaginal and pelvic area.

Purpose and Traditional Use

Cleansing & Balancing: Many cultures (African, Caribbean, Indigenous, Korean, and Central/South American traditions) have used steaming for postpartum recovery, menstrual care, and spiritual cleansing.

Herbal Benefits: Herbs like mugwort, rosemary, lavender, basil, rose, calendula, and yarrow are often used, each thought to support womb health, circulation, and relaxation.

Emotional/Spiritual Care: Some people use yoni steams as a ritual for self-love, grounding, and connecting with feminine energy.
